The third annual "Coats of Many Colors" coat drive is still collecting gently used and clean winter coats. Members of the drive seek coats from infant to adult sizes with working buttons, zippers and snaps to keep out the cold. Snow boots of every size also are needed. Drop-off points include Portage churches and the Portage Police Department until Oct. 21.Members will distribute the coats and boots from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. Oct. 27 at the former Antique Mall, 114 W.
