Terrence Jennings, a 6-foot-10 power forward and five-star recruit at Mount Zion Christian Academy in Durham, N.C., has withdrawn his oral commitment to Maryland and wants to reopen his recruiting process, his high school coach said yesterday. "It's a surprise to me," Mount Zion coach Tony Fozard said. "He wanted to open up his decision. It's a decision him and his father decided to do. I'm leaving it in their hands." Fozard said Jennings still has the Terps No. 1 on his list and that he will make an official visit in October for Maryland Madness, when the Terps officially begin practice. Still, Fozard said Jennings told him he wants to look at Kentucky, Louisville, Memphis and LSU, along with other schools in the Atlantic Coast Conference. .
