National Legal Win for Marcus & Millichap on Kentucky Turf The U.S. District Court for the Western District of Kentucky issued an order this month that re-opens Kentucky's - and potentially seven other states - commercial real estate markets to brokers across the country by declaring Kentucky's so-called "turf state" laws unconstitutional.
