More hassles a plenty today. There is a Sunday show here and I didn’t know that when I bought my plane ticket. I called the airline to try and change my ticket to Monday morning instead of Sunday and they said it would cost $374 with fees, penalties and whatever other financial torture they wanted to inflict. I tried to explain my situation but the person would not listen and kept repeating that I’d have to pay $374 as if it were the only phrase inside a brain of someone who would get a job fielding calls from people changing airline tickets. I hung up and tried two more times with two more mindless robots and it finally dawned on me that if I am going to do the Sunday show I’ll end up paying $374. I think that really stinks and there was NO customer service feel to any of these calls.
